Registration is now open for the 2025 EMBAC Conference, set for Oct. 5-8 in Atlanta, Georgia.
EMBAC welcomes both members and non-members who are interested in the executive degree industry or interested in joining EMBAC to its annual conference.
Both members and non-members will use the EMBAC member portal for registration. You may register and pay by credit card from a secure site or select pay by invoice.
Conference fees
- The 2025 EMBAC Conference registration fee is $1,395 for academic members.
- Academic non-members pay $2,095 in conference fees.
- Your conference registration includes breakfast on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, and lunch on Monday and Tuesday. There is an extra $75 fee for paying by wire.

HOTEL RESERVATIONS
Don’t forget to make your hotel reservations at the conference’s venue, Omni Atlanta at Centennial Park, 190 Marietta St. NW. Plan to reserve your hotel room early. EMBAC’s hotel room rate of $289 per night, plus taxes and charges, is available only until the EMBAC block of rooms fills, or until 5 PM EST on September 12, whichever comes first.
If you are a member of Omni’s loyalty program, Omni Select Guests, you will have access to complimentary Wi-Fi in your sleeping room. If you are not a member, you can join the Omni Select Guests program for free when you make your reservation.

HOTEL CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservations must be canceled by 12 PM three days (72 hours) before arrival to avoid penalty.

Full conference fees will be refunded if cancellation is received in writing no later than August 16, 2025. No refunds will be granted after that time or for "no shows."
