Registration is now open for the 2024 EMBAC Conference, set for Oct. 6-9 in Panama City, Panama.

EMBAC welcomes both members and non-members who are interested in the EMBA industry or interested in joining EMBAC to its annual conference.

Both members and non-members will use the EMBAC member portal for registration. You may register and pay by credit card from a secure site or select pay by invoice.

Special incentives

EMBAC offers an economic incentive for early registration: Members who register online and pay before the early registration deadline of 9 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST), Saturday, August 10, can save $300 off the conference registration fee.

• The 2024 EMBAC Conference registration fee is $1,395 for academic members. As an academic member, if you register by the early bird deadline of August 10, 2024, you pay $1,095 to attend, saving $300.

• Academic non-members pay $2,095 in conference fees, regardless of when they register.

• Notes: Your conference registration includes breakfast on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, and lunch on Monday and Tuesday. There is an extra $75 fee for paying by wire.

In addition, those who register and pay by the early registration deadline also qualify for a drawing to receive a complimentary two-night stay at the location of the 2025 EMBAC Conference, which will be announced during the 2024 conference in Panama City. The certificate for the free two-night stay expires on October 31, 2025.

Director's Program

EMBAC will be offering the popular Director's Program at the conference this year. Set for Sunday, Oct. 6, from approximately 8 AM to 5 PM, the Director's Program offers academic members at the director level and above the opportunity to network with one another, explore common concerns, and gain insights from presenters. Look for details about the Director's Program later this spring. You can register for the Director's Program for an additional fee of $595 when you register for the conference.

Conference cancellation policy

Full conference fees will be refunded if cancellation is received in writing no later than August 17, 2024. No refunds will be granted after that time or for "no shows."

HOTEL RESERVATIONS

Don’t forget to make your hotel reservations at the Hilton Panama at Balboa Avenida &, C. Aquilino de la Guardia, which serves as the conference venue. Plan to reserve your hotel room early. EMBAC’s hotel room rate of $149 per night, plus taxes and fees, is available only until the EMBAC block of rooms fills, or until September 14, whichever comes first.
